Return Policy
Did you purchase through our site and looking to return an item? You're in the right place!
We want you to love everything you order, just as much as we've loved designing them for you. If for any reason your order doesn't work out as planned we have a 30-day return window for in-store credit! To start a return, click here.
At this time, DYM Athletics accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to any international address for a store credit. Returns are permitted 14 days from date of delivery only for international orders.
OUR 30 DAY POLICY:- We have a 30-day return window for all items that are not discounted 30% or more on our site.
- In the unlikely event that you've received an incorrect item, are missing an item from your order, or your item is damaged in any way please email dymathletics@gmail.com within 48 hours. We will get it all sorted out for you immediately!
RETURN STANDARDS & CONDITIONS:
- We gladly accept returns for both store credit or exchanges!
- Exchange requests can only be made for the same item and color but in different sizes.
- If your exchange request is unavailable due to stock, a store credit will be issued.
- Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
- Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.
- Items with strong odors or smell like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc will not be accepted
- Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
- Please keep tags attached when you are returning or exchanging.
RETURN LABELS: At this time we do not offer free return shipping labels. The cost of the prepaid return label is based on the weight of the package and the shipping speed selected when generating a label. If you have questions, please contact us via email.
- For Domestic US shopping customers, you can choose the courier of choice when generating your label in the return porta.
- For our International US shopping customers, use self-shipping option using the courier of your choice.
- If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you within 3-5 business days of you being notified via email.
CAN SALE ITEMS BE RETURNED?

Any items discounted 30% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Any items discounted less than 30% are not considered final sale and are welcome to be returned within our 30-day window for store credit.
